Procedure of admission

  2. Pay the application fee and upload pay-in slip
  3. Staff sent confirmation email of application within 5 workdays

Qualification of Applicants

  1. Hold a D.D.S or B.D.S or D.M.D. degree
  2. Obtain at least one year of working experience in dental practice (take account from beginning date of program August 2026).
  3. Possess qualifications complied with the Graduate School (to be announced yearly).
  4. The Program Administrative Committee (PAC) reserves the right to consider other qualifications that deem appropriate to be eligible for application.

Application documents

1.

Certified copy of degree certificate. A certified copy of academic transcript stating the graduation with D.D.S or B.D.S or D.M.D. degree from the University accredited by the Ministry of Education and/or the Dental Council of Thailand, and any higher degree(s) in dentistry. (Certified copy with applicant’s signature is acceptable)

A letter of convert grade average to GPAX 4.00 system (certified true copy in the document by the applicant with specify text (“I acknowledge and agree to the above guideline. Hereby, I certify that the information in this report is entirely true.”)

Result of English Proficiency achievement in one of the official English language proficiency test scores that meet the following criteria (taken within last 6 month):

TOEFL (Internet-based Test: iBT)

80 or above 

IELTS:

6.5 or above

CU-TEP:

90 or above

3.

Copy of identity card or Passport. (Certified copy with applicant’s signature is acceptable)   

4.

Letter of leave permit for further education from the applicant’s original affiliation (for those with affiliation) (If Any)

5.

At least one reference letter of working experience. 

6.

At least two recommendation letters from the graduated university.
